PELORA Marketing operates consulting.peloramarketing.com to offer one-on-one consulting services with Preston Durnford, the founder of PELORA Marketing. Headquartered in Newport Beach, California. When this policy says "we," "us," or "PELORA," we mean PELORA Marketing.

2.1 From you directly

• Stripe checkout: When you purchase the $897 Sprint or $1,500 per month Coaching Retainer, Stripe processes the payment and shares your name, email, billing details, and the purchased product with us. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Calendly booking: When you book your first consulting call, Calendly shares your name, email, time zone, and intake answers with us.
• SMS and email replies: If you reply to any follow-up message we send, we store the conversation history.
• Direct messages: If you text Preston directly at (760) 409-7544 or email hello@peloramarketing.com, we keep that thread.

2.2 Automatically

• Cookies and pixels: The site uses tracking pixels from Meta (Facebook) and Google so we can measure ad performance and retarget visitors.
• Device data: IP address, browser, operating system, approximate location (city level).
• Page behavior: Pages viewed, time on page, video plays, links clicked.

3. Why we collect it

• To deliver the consulting service you bought (book your calls, send your playbook, follow up).
• To measure which marketing campaigns brought you in so we can improve them.
• To show you relevant ads on Meta, Google, YouTube (retargeting).
• To comply with tax and accounting record-keeping requirements.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the third-party tools we use to run the business:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Calendly for scheduling.
• HubSpot for our CRM.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for ad measurement and retargeting via the Meta Pixel.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics for the same purpose on the Google side.
• Netlify which hosts this website.
• Email and SMS providers that deliver our follow-up messages.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out of advertising cookies at facebook.com/settings?tab=ads (Meta), adssettings.google.com (Google), or via your browser's cookie controls.

6. Your rights

If you live in California (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To request any of this, email hello@peloramarketing.com.

If you live elsewhere

You have similar rights under GDPR (EU/UK), PIPEDA (Canada), and other privacy laws. Use the same email to request access or deletion.

Opting out of marketing

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link in the footer. SMS messages include "Reply STOP to opt out." Or just email us and we will remove you immediately.

7. How long we keep it

• Lead and prospect data: Up to 3 years after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
• Paying client data: 7 years after the engagement ends (tax and accounting).
• Marketing analytics: Per the retention policies of Google Analytics and Meta.

8. How we protect it

HTTPS across the entire site, encrypted CRM and payment processing, multi-factor authentication on every account that handles your data. No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you within the timeframe required by law.

9. Children

This site is intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when our tools or laws change. The effective date at the top will reflect any updates.
